If for any reason you receive a delivery in error, please contact us at email@example.com within four (4) hours to organise the re-collection of the order.
For products received by customers an eight (8) hour window from time of delivery is provided for customers to contact Fitmeals Australia regarding returns / refunds. Outside of this time the goods will be deemed as received and accepted by the customer. Fitmeals Australia may refund payment in the event of a confirmed error by Fitmeals Australia.
All products and orders must be returned in their original condition. Customers bear all costs associated with the refusal and return of any order if there is no fault on the part of Fitmeals Australia. Failure to adhere to the terms and conditions will prohibit any refunds or credits being issued to the Customer.
Fitmeals Australia will not be held liable to any financial or physical damages of any kind. If you are contacting us regarding a return or refund please provide photos and / or delivery information as required to assist in our investigation. For minor complaints, Fitmeals Australia may issue a voucher code in lieu of a refund.
